Privacy notice

This notice explains, in plain language, what happens to data when you use ERPTwin. In short: there are no accounts, we do not collect or store your personal data, and your learning progress stays in your own browser. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules in mind.

What we do not collect
You cannot create an account, and there are no sign-up, payment or contact forms. We do not ask for your name, email address or any other personal detail, and we do not keep a database of visitors. We do not sell data and do not use it to train AI models.
Your learning data stays in your browser
Your progress, bookmarks, private notes and quiz results are saved in your browser's own storage (local storage) on your device. They are never sent to us — we cannot see, read or recover them.
- Move them: “Export my progress” on My progress downloads a file you can import elsewhere. The file stays wherever you put it.
- Delete them: “Delete my data from this browser” on the same page, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Hosting and delivery
The site is delivered by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data needed to deliver and protect each page — such as your IP address, browser type and the address requested — in its systems and logs, under Cloudflare's privacy policy (cloudflare.com/privacypolicy). This processing may take place outside India.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not identify individual visitors; we see only totals such as page views, referring sites, browser types and countries.
If you email us
If you write to us (for example with “Report a mistake”), we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply and to fix the content. We keep such emails for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, then delete them, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you except emails you choose to send, you control your learning data directly in your browser. For anything about emails you sent us — access, correction or erasure — or any other privacy question, contact [email protected]. Complaints: see grievance redressal. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
ERPTwin is designed for adults learning SAP and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we add accounts or paid plans in future, we will update this notice before they go live. The date above shows the current version.
